PAYMENTS
Should a payment not be received on or before the first day of delivery and build we reserve the right to remove the scaffolding within 24 hours of the build. If your work has numerous parts or lifts, these are due on the day of each being erected.

CALL OUT FEE / ALTERATIONS
A callout fee is charged for movement of the agreed existing scaffolding, boards, ledgers etc. This is charged at £80 per callout and includes one hour of work. Any additional hours within that callout will be charged at an additional £15 per hour.

MOVEMENT OF SCAFFOLDING
It is strictly forbidden for anyone other than Qualified Directors and Staff of Wire Scaffolding Services Ltd to move any scaffolding.

We cannot take any responsibility for any scaffolding moved by a third party or any liability for any accidents or injuries. Any person who moves any scaffolding outside of Wire Scaffolding Services Ltd will be legally liable for incidents and injuries and will not be covered by our insurance. For continuity and insurance; photographs are taken at time of build by Wire Scaffolding Services Ltd.

SCAFFOLD DESIGN
We have not included design drawing or design calculations within this quotation. Should you require a design drawing this will be quoted as an addition to your original quotation. Scaffold design drawings usually have an approximate two-week time to prepare.

ROOF CLAUSE
Although we shall take every possible care, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by or arising out of working on or around a roof.

SATELLITE CLAUSE
Although we shall take every possible care, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by or working around satellites. (The satellite signal can be temporarily be interfered with due to the scaffold materials)
